For the fruit cups:
2 apples
1 teaspoon lemon juice
For the fruit salad:
1 apple, diced
1 mango, peeled and diced
1 banana, sliced
10 to 12 cherries
1/4 cup black grapes
1 teaspoon chaat masala
Other ingredients:
1 packet strawberry jelly

Method:
1. Make the strawberry jelly, as per the directions on the packet and refrigerate till it sets.
For the fruit cups:
1. Cut the apples into two halves.
2. Scoop out the centers to make 4 apple cups.
3. Apply the lemon juice and keep aside.
How to proceed:
1. Mix the apple, mango, banana, cherries, black grapes and chaat masala together and refrigerate.
2. For serving, fill the fruit mixture into the apple cups.
3. Cut the jelly into small squares and decorate the fruit cups.
4. Serve chilled.
Tips:
You can cut the jelly onto attractive shapes using cookie cutters.
